COVERED HOT DISH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
1 (16 oz.) can Chun King chow mein vegetables, drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 c. chow mein noodles
Parmesan cheese

Blend soup and milk together. Stir in tuna, chow mein vegetables and eggs. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with chow mein noodles and Parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
