DILLED POTATO SALAD | |
1 1/2 lb. red new potatoes, unskinned 1/2 c. green onions (scallions), finely chopped 1 c. Hellmann's lowfat mayonnaise 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. dried dill weed McCormick's cracked black pepper to taste Boil potatoes until barely tender. Cool in cold water and cube them. Combine remaining ingredients and add potatoes. Blend well. Chill. |
