SHRIMP AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. raw cleaned shrimp 2 cans mushroom soup 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar preferred) 6 oz. UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain Wild Rice Cook rice according to directions. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup cheese. Place in square baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. It's simple to prepare yet everyone thinks it tastes like an all day preparation. (Or rectangular, approximately 8 x 9 inches). Serves 6. |
