FARM STYLE BREAKFAST 
Brown 1 pound of Jimmy Dean's bulk sage sausage. Drain off grease and set aside. Melt 3-4 tablespoons butter in skillet and add 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes. Cook until just lightly browned. Pat them down flat in large skillet and scatter the sausage around on top.

Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese around on top of sausage. Then beat 5-7 eggs and pour all over the cheese. Sprinkle parsley over this. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until eggs are set. Serve for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner.
