HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS | |
1 pkg. yeast 2 c. warm water 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 4 c. self rising flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in air tight container and place in refrigerator. Can be cooked at any time. Spoon dough in greased muffin tins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Dough will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator. |
