DIET BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lg. can V-8 juice
1 lg. can 16 oz. french style green beans and juice
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
2 bouillon cubes (beef)
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can (8 oz.) mushrooms and juice

Fry ground chuck, onion, green pepper. Add V-8 juice, green beans, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, bouillon cubes. Simmer 2 hours.
