ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sour cream
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add the cold water and the crushed pineapple with juice. Stir in mandarin oranges and allow to set in the refrigerator.

Combine Cool Whip, marshmallows, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Spread this on top, then sprinkle with cheese.
