2 egg whites
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well oiled baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until delicate brown. Cool before removing from pan. Makes 24 servings.
