SPINACH WITH HONEY MUSTARD
DRESSING
 
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Shake all ingredients in a glass jar and refrigerate 24 hours for flavors to blend.

SALAD:

2 bunches spinach, washed, dried, stemmed and crisped
4 green onions (tops only, chopped)
1 lg. orange, peeled, cut in half, and thinly sliced
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Just before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing (use all or as much as suits your taste). Place salad on plates and garnish with crumbled bacon. Yield: 4 servings.
