PEACH NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. diced peaches
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in dry ingredients, then fold in peaches, lime juice and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until bread test done. (Bread taste better a day after baking.)
