SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Roll in balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Amounts: 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet. Makes about 6 dozen.
