EASY CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

In bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan put 1 package crescent rolls stretching to fit. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolk. Spread on bottom layer of rolls. Put second package of rolls on top stretching to fit. Brush with beaten egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool glaze with confectioners' sugar icing.
