CITRUS FRUIT DRINKS 
HOT ORANGE JUICE NOG:

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
2 c. scalded milk

COLD GRAPEFRUIT NOG:

2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. cold grapefruit juice
Orange slices for garnish

FRESH LEMON TONIC:

1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
6 whole cloves
1 1/2 c. chilled tonic water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Beat eggs with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Beat in orange juice. Whisk in hot milk. Serve immediately. Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in grapefruit juice. Garnish with orange slices. Serve immediately. Stir lemon juice and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Add whole cloves. Pour in chilled tonic water. Serve over 1 or 2 ice cubes in each glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint leaf.
