EASY FRENCH COOKIE 
2 eggs (beaten in lg. bowl)
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. salad oil
1 c. hot water with 1 tsp. baking soda in it
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins or chocolate chips

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add other ingredients. Do not stir other ingredients until all are added together. Stir lightly with a spoon just until it looks smooth and clear of flour lumps. Pour into large cookie sheet about 18x13 inch with 1/2 inch sides. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden on top at 375 degrees.
