1 box junket
1 c. sugar
1 can condensed milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Milk
1 pt. half & half

Beat egg whites and set aside. Mix half & half, sugar, junket, and condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Fold in eggs now; add enough milk to the line of your ice cream freezer.
