2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
