GINGER PUFFS | |
3/4 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 egg, well beaten 4 tsp. molasses 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves Cream shortening and sugar. Stir in egg and molasses. Mix soda and spices with sifted flour, add to creamed sugar. Mix together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees, on lightly greased sheets. |
