SUMI SALAD 
1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) cabbage
2 pkg. Top Ramen (noodles only)
8 green onions
3/4 c. almonds, chopped
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Shred cabbage. Cook noodles (don't use flavor packs); drain and rinse. Toast almonds and sesame seeds at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Mix all and toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar (6 pink packs of sweetener)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

VARIATION: Can add diced cooked chicken for main dish salad. Another variation: use peanuts instead of almonds and add a few drops of hot chili oil and dash of soy sauce and stir in diced chicken.
