CONGEALED CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1/2 c. chopped nuts Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool. Mix cream cheese well with a small amount of the pineapple juice. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Add to the gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. 8 servings. |
