HOT TUNA SALAD | |
4 cans tuna, drained 2 c. thinly sliced celery 2 c. toasted bread cubes, 1/2" x 1/2" (I use bread crumbs) 1 c. salad dressing 1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk 1/4 c. drained sweet pickle relish 1 tbsp. onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. salt (opt.) 3 or 4 drops Tabasco Turn on oven to 425 degrees, very hot. Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart bowl. Spoon into 6 to 8 individual greased baking dishes or shells or casserole. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with paprika. |
