PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
Pineapple supreme or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. cherry pie filling
4 c. milk
2-4 bananas
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 sm. containers Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake cake as directed on box; cool, crumble half of cake in small glass punch bowl. Mix instant pudding with 4 cups of milk. Spread 1/2 of pudding on top of cake. Spread 1 can pie filling on pudding. Spread 1 can pineapple on top of this. Chop 2 bananas on top of this. Spread 1 container Cool Whip on next and sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top. Continue layering. Decorate with maraschino cherries if desired.

Can substitute ready baked angel food or pound cake to save time. You also may use different fruits such as strawberries or peaches. Fresh whipped cream make it especially scrumptious. Refrigerate until serving time.
