FLOUR TORTIAS 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lard or vegetable shortening
1 c. warm water

Cut lard in flour and salt. Knead dough. Make into 10 balls. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Place on moderate hot griddle for 20 seconds. Flip over for few seconds.
