EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 frying chicken (boiled) (cut, de-boned and de-skinned)
1 stick butter
3 or 4 cans biscuits (any brand)

Boil chicken and save broth. Add 1 stick of butter and cut up chicken pieces to broth. Bring to a boil and add biscuits. Pinch biscuits off in bite size pieces and drop into boiling broth. DO NOT COVER. Boil until dumplings (biscuits) stop floating on top. Cook 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Salt/pepper to taste.
