HONEY-GLAZED TURNIPS 
6 white turnips
1 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Paprika

Pare and slice turnips. Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Add turnips; boil, covered, 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking over low heat until most of liquid has evaporated. Add honey, salt, and pepper. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through. If desired, sprinkle with snipped parsley. 6 servings.
