ROAST BEEF SANDWICH 
3 lb. roast
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper
1 c. meat stock (from roast)

Bake roast at 250 degrees for three hours. Then at 300 degrees for two hours or until well done. Add water to roast while baking. Cool when done. Then simmer catsup, meat stock from roast, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and salt and pepper as desired. Shred roast by hand. Warm with catsup mixture. Spread on buns.
