SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt

In saucepan combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, cornstarch and salt. Mix together then turn to medium heat and let mixture come to a boil and add green pepper and pineapple with juice. Let boil for 1 minute and pour over meatballs. Serves 6.
