RHUBARB SAUCE 
1/4 c. sugar for 1 1/2 c. cubed rhubarb
1/2 c. strawberries for above (optional)

Pour sugar over washed cubed rhubarb. Additional water not necessary. Cook over low heat covered and watch closely for it to come to a full boil. Slowly cool. Serve lukewarm or cold. Add strawberries at start of cooling.
