OYSTER SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 c. onion tops
2 tbsp. parsley
1 pt. oysters (with water)
angel hair spaghetti
salt and pepper

Heat oil and brown flour to make roux. Add finely chopped onion and onion tops. Cook until onions begin to melt. Add 1/2 of water; cover and cook 10 minutes or until onions are soft. Add oysters, parsley, salt and pepper; cook and add remaining water or more if you like lots of juice. Add spaghetti and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serve.
