RIBS - N - DRESSING 
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. celery
1/4 c. butter
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon
3 c. stuffing
Salt
Pepper
7 to 10 country style spareribs

Saute onion and celery in butter. Boil water to dissolve bouillon. Mix stuffing with vegetables and water. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Place country style spareribs over dressing. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

(If you like dressing, double the recipe.)
