GIANT FUDGIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 lg. egg
3/4 c. sugar/fructose
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa, and baking soda until smooth. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets using a 1/4 cup. Bake for 10 minutes.
