SQUASH DRESSING 
2 1/2 c. mashed, cooked squash (5 med.)
3 c. corn bread, crumbled
1 c. herbed bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. onion, chopped and saute
1 rib celery, chopped and saute
3 tbsp. pimentos
3 tbsp. green chilies
3 c. chicken broth
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Boil squash; drain and mash. Blend other ingredients together. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch buttered pan or Pyrex dish, make 2 layers topped with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
