CRUNCHY CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 (0.4 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

Wash cauliflower and break into flowerets. Combine cauliflower, radishes, onions, and water chestnuts in mixing bowl and toss gently. Blend remaining ingredients, pour over vegetables and stir well. Spoon into serving bowl and chill well. 6-8 servings.
