PORK STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean pork steak
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice

Brown pork steak slowly, just until pink is gone, and drain. Saute onion and green pepper until soft. Combine with meat. Add soups, cheese, water chestnuts and rice. Mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
