TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can whole corn
1 can hominy
3 cans pinto beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans whole tomatoes (or tomato juice)

Brown beef and onion. Drain and remove fat. Add 6 cans of juice (withhold some of Rotel if you don't want soup too spicy). Add seasoning and cut up tomatoes. (Adjust as you like, some do not like tomatoes, just juice, I prefer the tomatoes.) Simmer. Serve hot with cornbread or vegetable sticks, etc.
