ITALIAN CHEESE BALL 
4- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
almond slivers, optional

Combine all and shape into a ball. Roll in almond slivers (optional). Chill for 1 hour. Serve with bread sticks or crackers.
