EXOTIC TURKEY SALAD 
2 lg. turkey breasts, baked and diced
1 lg. can water chestnuts, sliced
2 lb. seedless grapes, white and purple
2 c. sliced celery
2 to 3 c. sliced toasted almonds (reserve 2/3 cup for garnish)
3 scant c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine.

Combine mayonnaise mixture with all other ingredients. Spoon on butter lettuce and garnish with almonds and fresh fruits, i.e. (Papaya, cantaloupe, mango, strawberries, etc.)
