1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Add ingredients into bowl as listed. Grease pan lightly and flour and bake in 375 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until starts to leave edge of pan. Take from oven and punch holes in top with a large fork and pour on cooked syrup. 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 c. butter

Boil for 3 minutes. Pour on top of cake after baked.
