HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped

Just mix well; do not beat.

Bake at 350°F 75 minutes.

Icing:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts

Cook to soft ball stage; spread on cake.
