MEXICAN ONE - DISH SALAD 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. can kidney beans
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 head lettuce, torn
4 oz. sharp cheddar, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
Tabasco - a few drops
8 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing
Bag (about 6 oz.) Doritos
1 sliced avocado (optional)

Brown beef and onion. Add beans and heat, keeping hot. Put all other ingredients in large serving bowl. When everyone is ready, add hot ingredients and toss.
