WEIGHT-WATCHER BANANA BREAD 
2 slices bread crumbs (white, raisin, whole wheat)
2/3 c. dry skim milk
2 Sweet 'N low
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. any other flavor extract
1 banana, mashed

Mix dry ingredients; add liquids and blend until smooth. Divide evenly into 2 small loaf pans sprayed with Pam. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
