1 (3 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding (Jello)
milk (whole milk works best, fat free and skim are too thin)
1 pkg. Oreo cookies (half crushed)
1 (12 oz.) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 big bowl!!

Follow directions on pudding box for fixing the pudding (I sometimes like to substitute the regular milk with chocolate milk). Let the pudding set.

Line the bottom of the bowl with some of the crushed up Oreo cookies. Mix together the chocolate pudding and Cool Whip to your liking and pour a little bit into the bowl over the crushed Oreo cookies and continue layering until all the pudding/Cool Whip mix is used up. Top with more crushed Oreo cookies!

Variations: I like to layer all three ingredients separately (cookies, pudding, Cool Whip, etc.) - it looks pretty when serving in glasses!! I also like to use the mini Oreo cookies and freezing the pudding for a little bit - makes a nice frosty treat.
