CHARCOAL BROILED HALIBUT 
1/2 c. olive oil or salad oil or 1/4 of each
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 halibut steaks

Combine oil, soy sauce, wine and garlic. Marinate steaks in mixture for 3 hours. Charcoal broil 10 minutes per side. Albacore fillets may be substituted for halibut steaks.
