AUNT HAZEL'S DELICIOUS CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Put 2 cups sugar in a pan with cream and let boil, stirring occasionally. Melt the other cup of sugar and pour into boiling syrup, stirring constantly. Add the butter and boil until it forms a soft ball, 238 degrees. Take off burner and add nuts. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pan and mark in squares. Cut when cool.
