COCONUT MARSHMELLOWS 
2 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter

Cook medium heat stirring until soft ball stage 233 degrees.

1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut

Stir in until well mixed and drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
