FRESH FRUIT BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Cut up fresh fruit

Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.

Mix ingredients for crust. Press into a 10"x15" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese with the sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Cut up the fresh fruit and layer it on the crust. Place in refrigerate until served.
