OATMEAL-APPLESAUCE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine oats, flours, sugar, bran, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in bowl. Add applesauce, oil, and eggs, mixing well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until loaf tests done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
