Juice of 2 oranges
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 sweet potatoes

Peel and cut lengthwise sweet potatoes and arrange in covered pan. Mix sugar and juice and pour over potatoes, dot with butter. Cover pan and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven, 350 degrees.
