LEMON CAKE CUSTARD 
2 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. milk

Cream butter, blend in sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice, well beaten egg yolks and milk. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold into other mixture. Spoon mixture into a greased baking dish. Place in a pan of hot water and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
