1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Dump in bowl and beat hard. Grease and flour 3 (8 inch) round cake pans. Pour equally into pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 (11 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding - prepared according to pkg.
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Beat together and frost all layers. Refrigerate cake.
