BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 onion chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 pt half and half
sprinkle of dry parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 soup can whole milk
3/4 stick of butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

cook broccoli and onion slightly. Add remaining ingredients. For a thinner soup add more milk. Heat to boiling point. Do Not boil.

Serves 10 - 12.
